Visioning

On behalf of the Professional Standards Authority, I facilitated a strategy day at a time of anticipated change without certainty, depending on possible legislation and other external factors. Each table built their vision of what the Authority would look like in 18 months' time, using large cardboard bricks and other resources. This freed up participants' imaginations, helping them to get beyond any immediate problems. Each table presented their vision and this enabled them to consider together what they would do more of/less of/differently and how they would engage and support each other.
