GROWING YORKSHIRE LEADERS
Group leadership coaching for people who want to make changes in their cities and surrounding areas, developing as leaders alongside peers from other sectors.
Participants are coached by an experienced leadership coach, sharing learning in confidence, away from the usual workplace.

YOUR LEADERSHIP COACH
Joanne Rule has relocated from London to Yorkshire. She is a former chief executive who has held senior leadership roles for more than 20 years. Her specialist background is in communications/public affairs. She has held three chief executive/executive chair roles in the not-for-profit sector, non-exec roles in public-private collaborations and has a passion for growing new leaders and new models of stakeholder and community engagement. Joanne is an executive committee member of Coaching York through whom she offers this programme in York.
