COACHING CONVERSATIONS

I am a warm and intuitive coach with deep experience and understanding of how people work. My coaching philosophy is to be non-directive yet to offer my experience and challenge through the questions I ask and in what I notice.

Coaching will support you to express clear goals for yourself, so that you can use it to make changes and see how you are doing.

Coaching is often most useful when it takes place over a number of sessions and is harnessed to specific areas which you want to consider, develop or change. But time-to-think and one off coaching conversations can also be valuable in providing support and challenge and helping to clear the decks.

GETTING STARTED

First we can have a conversation without commitment, to explore what you are looking for and how you can work with me, including what it means to have non-directive but challenging coaching, as the coaching relationship develops.

Based on this first conversation, we usually agree your headline objectives/reasons for the coaching and how many sessions you plan to have. After the first free consultation, costs will vary depending on how many sessions you choose to have and where we agree to meet.  Coaching is a collaboration and how we work together in practice depends on you and your needs.

See if coaching is for you. Let's start with a conversation to explore what you are looking for and how I can help. Simply send me an email below with a brief summary of what you are looking for, whether you would prefer to talk by Skype or phone and what time of day is most convenient.
